BMT is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a mix of strong administrative skills, inventory management expertise, and practical on-site capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting with installations, attending site meetings, and actioning tasks based on site requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory & Administration
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and oversee inventory control.
      Process orders, receipts, and stock movement to ensure efficient supply chain management.
      Keep the warehouse/storage area organized and well-maintained.
      Generate and update reports on stock levels, usage, and reordering needs.
      Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed and filed properly.
  2. On-Site Installations & Maintenance
    • Assist in the installation and setup of digital screens at various sites.
    • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on installed equipment.
    • Ensure installation tools and materials are prepared before site visits.
  3. Site Meetings & Execution
    • Attend site meetings to assess project requirements and gather necessary details.
    • Identify and document actionable tasks following site visits.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless execution.
    • Ensure all work is completed to the required standard and within set deadlines.
  4. General Hands-On Support
    • Be a go-to handyman for minor repairs, adjustments, and on-site problem-solving.
    • Work alongside technicians to assist with installations and troubleshoot issues.
    • Ensure all health & safety protocols are followed on-site.
Skills Required
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in inventory management.
  • Technically inclined with a hands-on approach to installations and site work.
  • Ability to read and interpret site requirements and implement necessary actions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on the go.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and the team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source New Business: Actively identify and secure new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct site visits, understand client needs, and provide expert recommendations on optimal digital signage solutions.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Develop accurate, competitive project cost estimates tailored to client requirements.

Skills Required

  • Strong Communication Skills: Build lasting relationships, present compelling solutions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated: Thrive independently while consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Reliable Transport: Own vehicle for client meetings and site visits is essential.
